✓ Update young people’s files and property maintenance logs
✓ Monitor tender platforms such as Proactis
Monthly Tasks:
✓ Prepare and send invoices (ready for quality assurance 1 week prior)
✓ Follow up on unpaid invoices (after 30 days)
✓ Remind staff to complete monthly reports
✓ Ensure risk assessments and support plans are current
✓ Send staff payslips and hours to payroll
✓ Facilitate managers’ monthly meetings and review improvements
✓ Follow up on feedback from young people and staff
