Taremtec Ltd is the name of the company and CBSecurepass is the name of the product

What kind of hardware is available with CBSecurepass?

Hardware available include a 20″ or 10″ intuitive touch screen computer and/or tablet, badge printer, scanner, RFID reader, biometric fingerprint reader plus more.

Would training be provided?

Yes. Once the system is installed, full training will be provided free of charge

Do I have to pay before installation and training?

No. You only pay after installation and training have been provided.

Is CBSecurepass GDPR Compliant?

Yes. It is fully GDPR compliant. Please see the sections below for more information

Does CBSecurepass help improve schools safeguarding?

Yes. Some of it safeguarding features includes DBS Notification, Child Collection and Lateness Notification to staff and parents.

What happens if I need help with the system?

What happens if there is an emergency evacuation?

A list showing details of all visitor and staff on site at the time of the evacuation can be accessed instantly on any mobile or tablet device.

Do you provide full training during the 30-day free trial period?

Yes. full training is provided.

Do you provide any other support materials after training?

Yes. We provide short video tutorials for key functions of the system which can be referenced to at any time.
