Door Access Control Sign in/out

Staff can sign in/out at the same time they are using their RFID cards to enter/leave the building through the school door access control systems, thus removing the need to come to the reception.

This feature is particularly beneficial to a multi-academy trust as staff members can use one single card to access any school within the trust

Late Arrival Notifications

Emails and/or texts are sent to safeguarding officer if a pupil arrives late. This function also comes with printed lateness acknowledgement slips for parent or guardian to sign, confirming that they are aware of the student lateness.

Pre-book visitors can sign in/out at reception by scanning the QR codes sent to them via their mobile on the bar code scanner
