Visitor Management
CbSecurepass records and stores details of all visitors to the site including photo, name, arrival, and departure times. This feature is very beneficial as it helps schools to meet Ofsted safeguarding requirements.
Student Lateness
This feature enables an automated email to be sent to a safeguarding officer when a child is late to school. Printed lateness acknowledgment slips for parents or guardians to sign is also available.
Emergency List
The purpose of this feature is to ensure that a list of staff and visitors on site are recorded electronically in a way that is accessible on any mobile or tablet device when there is an emergency or fire evacuation.
Child Collection
This function electronically stores details of any person including parent or guardian or any other named person, collecting a child early from school. Stored details includes photos, name and contact number

CBSecurepass comes with an impressive-looking touchscreen with an integrated webcam that gives your reception are a modern look. Pictures are automatically taken when visitors sign in and a self-adhesive ID badge is printed when the sign-in process is completed.
DBS Notification
It is important for staff and regular visitors to the school have a valid DBS certificate at all times. CBSecurepass automatically send notification to management to let them know when DBS are due for renewal.
Staff Notification
Staff members, who are the host are automatically notified by either email and/or text when their guest or visitor have signed in at the reception with CBSecurepass.

GDPR Compliant

Pre-book Visitors
This function makes it possible to pre-book visitors to the school in advance of their attendance. The benefit of this is that they will be able to collect their pass immediately upon arrival, thus greatly reducing the time spent in the reception area.
