In view of the new compliance expectations and compulsory registration with Ofsted, there are expectations in terms of detailed reporting in the progression stages of support and accommodation of vulnerable young people.

There is a greater need to evidence activities such as key work sessions, service user engagement in their own support plans, safeguarding and risk management. All these reports need to be accessible in easy to digest information.
